Well, It's been 15 weeks since I last posted at least... The semester was 15 weeks long... and I survived my first semester in College and not only survived it but made the Deans lists.. All A's except for one B....So I'm feeling pretty good about it...YIPEEEEE!~  Looking forward to next semester which starts January 7th....
    You will be noticing a lot of changes starting next semester to my Blog as I start Web Design in January... and I am really looking forward to it... besides the Academic part of school my main studies this past semester were Video ( that's my B... ) Now Video sounds easy but trust me when I tell you ... I was taking a video course for Broadcasting and there was NOTHING easy about it.. actually outside of Math it's the class I disliked the most... although I found I love editing... I do not enjoy the heavy commercial camera's and equipment... just about killed my back.. had it not been for my sweet supportive husband hauling everything around for me I would have never made it through that course. 
    Here's a graphic I did in my graphics class... it's a likeness of my granddaughter made from nothing but fonts and glyphs... believe it or not... You manipulate the font's and glyphs to create the images... here are some of my things from Illustrator Graphics class....

Looks real doesn't it.... it's all graphics..... I have to say I am IN LOVE with graphic design.... My granddaughter was assigment 9 and my flower part of assignment 11 where we re-did work we did earlier that we weren't happy with.. 

Then in Photography I had to shoot everything in manual and NO FLASH...

Using only the aperature and shutter speed to make sure my photo's came out correctly...

I'll be adding quite a few more over my Holiday break... These just happen to be on my desktop and were easy to get to...

In Video I did several commercials and an instructional video.....among the varied projects,  which I'll get on You Tube and then added here... 

Finally in my Media Communications class I learned enough to make my head swim about the whole world of Mass Communications, Media, Advertising, and how it all affects us and is all around us everywhere we look.... 

It's been a FULL 15 weeks and a great semester... Next semester I continue on with Graphics II and Photography II ..and will be adding Audio and Web Design to the mix along with Math and English courses... another full semester....

I'll be back soon to show off some of what I've learned in school.. I'm really looking forward to changing up my blog space and creating a web page for myself... I have to say I am really loving the college experience.... 

I sure have missed you all.... Thought about you all so very often....
